Assumption Pathway School is a joint education initiative by Ministry of Education, Institute of Technical Education and St Gabriel's Foundation. To serve the needs of providing education to students aged 13 to 16 years old, we are inviting interested applicants who are good team players, enthusiastic, service orientated, professionally competent and who enjoy working with youths to join our dedicated team.

Renumeration / Benefits

Gross salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience. Benefits include bonuses (in accordance with the prevailing public sector guidelines), vacation leave, medical subsidies, gymnastic facilities and a comprehensive staff development programme.

Professional and Administrative Positions

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly cheque preparation, accounts coding, bank reconciliation, prepare monthly schedule, expense and financial reports.
  • Compilation of reports for submission to various organizations to claim reimbursement
  • In-charge of school fees & other collections, petty cash claims and any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • LCCI Higher Accounting, Diploma in Accounting or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working
  • Preferably be familiar with accounting package, Microsoft GP
  • Knowledge of Funds & Grants Accounting an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to visitors and incoming calls
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Department
  • Sort mails & fax for internal distribution
  • Dealing with couriers
  • Taking and relaying messages
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • GCE "O" , "N" Level or Nitec in Office Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Possess effective communication skills and good inter-personal skills
  • Singaporean / PR
